Tasting comment

Visual phase: Garnet red with russet hues denoting the aging, but still retaining a bluish colour from its passage through the barrel and an intense and dense tear.
Olfactory phase: High intensity, primary aromas of black fruit with blackberry and blueberries, tertiary aromas of good woods with mineral touches, roasted coffee, cocoa and vanilla.
Gustatory phase: Wide entrance with structure, dense aftertaste, bitter and tannic aftertaste of the wood, with a warm and fleshy finish that leaves a pleasant taste in the mouth, showing its aging in wood.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 16 and 18 º C
PAIRINGS: Optimal for digesting fats from roasted red meats and game and very mature cheeses.
