ANALITICAL REPORT: Alcoholic strength: 13,30 % vol.
Visual phase: red poppy colour, with attractive shine, very good lining and bluish trim, which denotes its youth. The tear is fluid and abundant.
Olfactory phase: Very high intensity, with primary aromas of grapes, raspberry and red fruits typical of the “Prieto” grape, with certain mineral touches and black fruit.
Gustatory phase: sweet in mouth, acid passage and bitter aftertaste. It is a full-bodied, structured wine, leaving a pleasant and lasting sensation in the mouth.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 6 and 8 º C.
PAIRINGS: Serve with appetizers, cold meats and stews.
